SaveTrip is a horizontal ONDC:TRV11 Buyer Network Participant serving metro passengers and onboarded bus operators across India. Use the channels below for booking support, refund queries or legal / compliance correspondence.

Passenger support

For fastest resolution please have the order id (starts with the Beckn order reference) and, if relevant, the merchant transaction id (ORDER_…) ready.

Refunds & payment disputes

Email payments@savetrip.in with both the order id and the PhonePe merchant transaction id. If you have a pending UPI debit with no ticket, attach the PhonePe transaction reference from your bank SMS.

ONDC grievance (IGM)

Grievances that cannot be resolved directly can be escalated via the ONDC Issue and Grievance Management (IGM) protocol. Our IGM team can be reached at grievance@savetrip.in.
