Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the pax.savetrip.in metro booking platform (the “Platform”) operated by SaveTrip. By accessing or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. SaveTrip's role on the ONDC network

SaveTrip is registered as a Buyer Network Participant (BAP) on the ONDC network under the ONDC:TRV11 domain. Bookings made through this Platform are fulfilled by the respective metro operator's Seller Network Participant (BPP). SaveTrip is not the ticket issuer; the journey, fare, inventory, and rider terms are governed by the operator.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or acting with the consent of a legal guardian, to create a booking. By using the Platform you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that the mobile number and payment instrument you use are yours or that you have authorization to use them.

3. Booking, fares and ticket validity

  • Fares shown on the Platform are quoted by the Seller NP at the time of search and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • A ticket is issued only after successful payment and a Beckn on_confirm response is received from the Seller NP. The order ID shown on the ticket is the authoritative reference for all subsequent actions.
  • The validity window, permitted route and number of trips for a ticket are defined by the operator and shown on the ticket summary.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by PhonePe as the collecting payment gateway. SaveTrip does not store your full card or UPI credentials. The merchant-of-record for the transaction is SaveTrip. Settlement to the Seller NP follows the ONDC settlement terms communicated at init/confirm.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations are governed by the Seller NP's published cancellation policy. Refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the process, timelines and deductions applicable.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Platform to: circumvent, scrape or probe the ONDC network integration; submit fraudulent identity or payment information; create bookings for resale or ticket tout activity; or interfere with the operation of the Platform in any way that materially degrades service for other users.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis. SaveTrip does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the ONDC network, correctness of operator-supplied catalog data, or real-time accuracy of fares during network events. To the extent permitted by law, SaveTrip disclaims warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

SaveTrip's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Platform is limited to the booking amount paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim. SaveTrip is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages including missed travel, lost profits or reputational harm.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, subject to the ONDC Network Policy on mandatory arbitration where applicable.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above indicates when the current version came into effect. Continued use of the Platform after a revision constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
